Abstract
Climate change is a real threat worldwide and is inescapable as it affects all living organisms including humans. We pump greenhouse gas at a much faster rate through industrial emissions by several-fold than the natural emissions. Carbon dioxide levels and temperature rise and fall happens naturally over a geological time scale but will not happen in our three generations’ time. So to address the pressing concerns, this issue brought out relevant papers on climate change that have information on the contemporary issue happening in our continent, along with what is to be addressed on an urgent basis to prevent the disasters waiting to happen to our key stakeholders globally.
